Chem-Supply has released a new ultra high purity ‘parts-per-billion’ grade hydrogen peroxide.
This VLSI grade product is suitable for use in clean rooms as well as the electronics industry.
In addition, unlike most other high pH phosphate stabilized hydrogen peroxides, this grade has a lower pH which makes it perfectly suited for mining industry applications.
Currently available in two convenient sizes:
