How do I Register for On-Line Ordering?

On-Line Ordering is now available from Chem-Supply. You can now order all Chem-Supply catalogue lines from our website.  Over 35,000 products are listed showing current stock-levels available from our warehouse for every item, and your current price for that product line.   Product Search Results View Your search results will show the product brand, its Cas-No. and Unit of Measure, and will display your results with items having the highest stock-levels listed first, thus making it easier to find those product lines with stock on hand, and available immediately for despatch.   We have made the Search Results listing even more helpful by clearly displaying the Estimated Availability date for each product. This date applies if the product is not available directly from our Warehouse. For example, for those items shown as Indent, the Estimated Availability is the estimated arrival date in our Warehouse, if you place an order online at the time.  This date clearly will update each day and will specifically display a future date from the current date where the current date is the actual order date. The above Search Results view also allows you to add the desired items to your Shopping Basket.   In addition, by clicking on the Product Description or Product Code, an individual Product View window is opened, which will clearly display any relevant Dangerous goods information, as well as provide download links to  Product Specification and MSDS documents.  From this view you can also add the item to your shopping basket.   Your Favourites Products which you order regularly can be saved as Favourites. These products can be easily recalled and displayed in a grid, making the re-ordering process much simpler. As you can see, you can add products to your order directly from the list. You can also drill-down on the product to retrieve further information about the product (eg dangerous goods information, etc).  Alternatively, you can add items to your Favourites list from the “Add to Favourites” button in the Item’s Product View window.  Reviewing your orders Reviewing your orders is a simple process as well.  The Orders Menu enables you to       View current orders -this menu item lets you see what items you currently have in your basket       Track previous orders - you can search for an order you have placed previously       Use Order Templates - you can maintain a list of commonly used order templates for quick access and ordering       Maintain Orders on Hold - you can access an incomplete order that was placed on hold for later completion Payment By Credit Card You can arrange to pay for your orders online by credit card. Chem-Supply currently accepts Mastercard, Visa, and American Express.
